  • perform in-depth diagnostic interventions – capable of solving every customer problem – because they are carried out directly as a manufacturer or in direct cooperation with leading manufacturers in the industry;
  • deliver a wide range of services very broad, from simple system cleaning to thermographic analysis.
  • create “tailor-made” support services” by customizing intervention times (SLAs) based on the needs of the customer;
  • add exclusive warranty extensions to cover needs excluded by the standard warranty conditions and more severe conditions of use than those stipulated in the manuals.

Levels of Service




The Bronze formula is the ideal formula for clients who want to protect their investment. It includes a basic support program with scheduled maintenance and includes other core services, such as telephone and email help desk, online trouble ticketing, and preventive on-site interventions.


The Silver formula adds to the benefits of the Bronze service the advantages of extended warranty, an extended service time slot, scheduled maintenance intervention with complete preventive failure analysis, assistance via help desk even via remote connection, on-site interventions in case of failure, and the possibility of availing of an in-depth technical session, so that operators are constantly updated to be able to use our systems at their best at all times.


The Gold formula is suitable for frequently used control rooms, and/or high-criticality control rooms, or representative rooms where optimal levels of operation and maximum availability must be guaranteed at all times. This is why scheduled maintenance is doubled, the help desk is always available(h24/365 formula), restoration is as fast as possible, and consumables and products that are not usually covered by warranty are included in the service.
